Chia pudding is scrumptious, healthy and incredibly easy to make. The other day I wondered if I could mix matcha tea and chia pudding to make the ultimate healthy breakfast.
Turns out, it's a matcha made in heaven! (like what I did there?)

INGREDIENTS
¼ cup chia seeds
1½ cups cashew milk (You can use whatever milk you wish or water or a combination!)
½ tablespoon maple syrup
2 teaspoons Matcha green tea powder
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Toppings : Shredded coconut and raspberries (You can use any fruit or granola you wish!)
INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl, add chia seeds and milk.
Stir to combine.
In a separate bowl, combine matcha powder with a little hot water; whisk until smooth.
Add the matcha mixture and vanilla to the chia seed mixture; stir.
Place it in the fridge and let it sit overnight.
Garnish with toppings.
