The Verdict:
I'm a fan! I will continue using the PRIME daily, mostly because I'm interested to see if it will permanently eliminate or lessen my PMS symptoms. I need to know if this month was a direct effect of the oil or if it was just a happy coincidence.
I will also continue to use the ELITE for yoga and other mind focused workouts. It really helped achieve the mental clarity I need to block it all out. Which is great for when I do yoga in the park.
